Ladies, the difference between a good nights sleep and a bad one is night and day (pun intended)
I didn't know for the longest time that the negative effects of sleep loss hit us harder than men. Just an hour or two of less sleep affects our hormones, energy and motivation. What's worse is that these things can compound.
Let's say you didn't sleep so well last night. You wake up feeling groggy and find it hard to concentrate. You can't just say "Oh well, im just going to spend the day in bed and not do anything". No, you power through, and by doing so rely on things like Caffeine or naps. This in turn makes the problem worse and can have negative effects on your sleep quality.
So I made this image of 4 sleep tips that will super charge your sleep quality. I wish I knew these sooner, it would've had a major impact on my productivity.
