Lately we have raised the question of change. First, we pondered on whether or not the world can change. Then, we discussed whether or not people can change. Today we put it all together to talk about people changing the world.

Many times we talk about change and cry for it but most times it's done out of anger and fear. With little belief or passion. Most times we talk about issues because we are so upset but I wonder how many people actually approach issues truly believing in their heart that that particular issue will change. Why fight for something that you don't believe in?

However cliche it may sound, we do have the power to change the world. I will believe that until the day that I leave this planet. Everyone has a passion for change in one area. One may have a heart for homelessness and education and another may have more of a heart for immigration and domestic abuse. Whatever your passion is, act on it. Believe and I know we will change the world change!

One thing that remains the same, is change. People grow and mature.

Even though we recognize that a person can change, we don’t always treat them like it. Can a man that cheated on his wife for 10 years, do a 180 and never cheat again or is he always one second away from going back to his old habits?

Yesterday we asked the question “Do You Really Think The World Can Change”. That question is significant because it brings the big picture down to reality. How can we believe that the world can change if we don’t even believe that the people in it can? You affect the world and the world will change when you do.

The world is constantly changing. Some would argue that it’s actually getting worse, rather than better. Lets think about human trafficking. Human trafficking is nothing new. It is a modern rendition of the age-old practice of slavery. Which leaves many hopeless, feeling like things will always stay the same. Yet some refuse to accept what they see and are hopeful for a better tomorrow. We at Deep Thinker really think that the world can change, but do you?
