We provide Premium Doctoral Regalia (graduation gown, caps, hoods) to graduates from the top Universities in the country. This is a rewarding job working in a great environment with the opportunity to learn and take on more responsibility in a growing startup. The applying individual will wear multiple hats and needs to be a detail-oriented, self-starter on the operational side while being friendly interacting with customers.

We are located in Lincoln Heights, close to DTLA.

Responsibility:
* Maintain Inventory, including doing inventory data entry
* Sort and place items on racks, shelves, and bins
* Maintain a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves and office neat
* Willing to learn Shopify order management
* Pull orders and process customer orders accurately and timely
* Pick and pack orders to ship both domestically and internationally
* Process exchanges and returns
* Ensures accurate and timely shipments
* Communicate supply shortages
* Answer customer emails
* Quality control products

Requirements:
* Upbeat Attitude!
* Ability to work independently with little supervision
* Able to lift up to 40 lbs, stand most of the day, and move in a warehouse-like environment
* Inventory Management skills
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Understanding of e-commerce and order fulfillment

Experience:
* Bachelors Degree required
* 1+ year order fulfillment experience
