Day 23: One mug cake in 60 seconds. You put all the ingredients in one mug and microwave for 60 seconds to get a delicious vanilla cake!! Top with some whip cream, ice cream, and/or sprinkles for the full effect. It’s a fun activity with almost instant results. I made a quick whipped cream with just vanilla and avoided the sugar.

1 mug
Melt 2tbsp butter in the microwave (~35s)
Stir in 1 egg yolk, 1tsp vanilla, 1tbsp whole milk
Mix in 1/4tsp baking powder, 2tbsp sugar, 1/4c flour
Microwave for about 45s (Depends on your microwave. A toothpick should come out clean)
Be careful it’s really hot!
