People sometimes mistake regular gym goers or “gym rats” as arrogant or self absorbed. Who is that vain to go to the gym on a regular basis? What quite a few people don’t realize is the gym is often our escape from hardship or our own personal struggles….Sometimes the gym is just THERAPY. There are so many mental health advantages to maintaining the consistency in the gym, but that mental clarity and feeling of accomplishment each day is unmatched.
