this quote has resonated with me because in life I feared “what if I have to start all over in my mental health journey/what if I go backwards in my journey” but something I learned is that you can’t go back to the beginning like before. In the beginning you didn’t have the awareness, tools, therapy, medications, meditation, yoga, and support that you have now. Your advantage this time is that you are ready with all the tools you’ve learned/gathered along the way. The thought of going backwards is scary but just remember you are so much more STRONGER now! Everything is going to be okay, remember to live in the moment. I know it’s easier said than done but try taking things day by day 🧘‍♀️🧘‍♂️

we have launched our new zip up hoodie - “WHAT IF” 💛 click the link in our bio to shop now!

when designing this I had a lot in mind, for me when it comes to my anxiety and OCD there’s always that what if voice like: “what if this happens” “oh but what if this happens when presenting in class” “what if I don’t pass the semester” “what if I said something offensive” the list goes on and on. I wanted to create this hoodie because those “what if’s” scared me so much that I would avoid certain situations like doing laundry for example, because the voice in my head would say “what if the house explodes when you put the clothes in the dryer because you didn’t close the door all the way”. Then, this design was born: WHAT IF with a line through it, reminding us that “hey I’m not gonna listen to that “what if voice” and let it scare me and control my life” it’ll take time, but with this reminder we are a step closer to overcoming this obstacle ✨
