Very Good Overall Player Condition, This One Has A Recent Black Nitro Pro Refinish And Plays PERFECTLY With A Completely Straight Neck And Low Action With Original Frets That Have Just Been Dressed. Original Pickguard Has A Few Spots Of Wear. Tuners Are New Waverly Replacements And The Tailpiece Is Correct Gibson, But Slightly Earlier (1910’s). The CC Pickup Has Strong Output And Punchy Midrange.

1953 D’Angelico New Yorker is fantastic and now available.
Full 18” lower bout width, this New Yorker has a FAST playing neck with a nice comfortable “C” shape contour (not a huge “baseball bat” profile). It is huge sounding with a deep, full voice, yet it is extremely even in response and produces the same volume for every note up and down the fingerboard. This is truly an amazing playing and sounding guitar.
