Cried at the gym twice this week, how bout you?

I donā€™t know about you but I started this week off motivated and ready to lock in, but since then all Iā€™ve wanted to do is cry and sleep!

Weā€™re still locked in though, even if we have to pause and purge along the way.

For many of us, the hardest part is over and weā€™re in the final stretch. Keep going. Keep telling your truth. Keep giving yourself grace.

Happy September 1st!

Whoā€™s ready to join me in locking in for this last quarter of 2025? I love a good challenge and being a Virgo moon, Virgo season is my favorite time to get organized and focus in on how I want to finish out the year.

Like many of you, Iā€™ve experienced a whirlwind of unexpected change this year (which Iā€™ll be sharing more of soon), some of which I thought Iā€™d never come back from but one thing I refuse to do is give up.

IT NEVER GAVE QUITTER!

I canā€™t wait to do a before and after at the start of the new year to see what 120 of staying consistent, disciplined and making myself a priority looks like. Iā€™m excited!

I call my past self Version 1 Sky or V1 Sky. I always seem to have a major level up in August so saying goodbye to my past self recently was right on time.

August is a time between seasons, nearing end of Summer, approaching Fall. Iā€™ve known all about that in-between space recently so maybe thatā€™s why I vibe with this energy so tough.

Lifeā€™s a series of tiny little deaths.
Death of your ego, attachments and past identities.
Shedding it all until all thatā€™s left is whatā€™s real.
Only the real will remain. Only the real can relate.
Love is as real as it gets.
Faith over fear.

I love V1 Sky but this version is even more lit. It took a lot of letting go. Itā€™ll probably take some more but this is what I came here for. I have work to do.
Godā€™s plan.

Price just went up! Again!

Thereā€™s so much power in getting clear. God is not the author of confusion. Something as simple as organizing my closet shifted so much stagnant energy, almost instantly. Sorting through what to keep and what to let go of gave me a clear picture of where Iā€™ve been and where Iā€™m headed.

This is a 9 yearā€”a year of transformation. Clarity is everything. Change is happening fast, and unless we decide what we truly want, we leave ourselves at the mercy of confusion and chaos.

Thereā€™s no time to play small. No time to be on the fence about anything and definitely no time to chase people or situations that are on the fence about us. But thatā€™s another story.

Your vision matters.
How you want to show up in the worldā€”your art, your voice, your business, your relationshipsā€”it all matters.

Thereā€™s no time left for fear.
Fear of being seen. Fear of being misunderstood. Fear of doing it wrong.

Iā€™m not for everybody and thatā€™s okay.
Because I know who I am for.

Iā€™m for the girls who are done playing small.
The ones breaking generational patterns.

The girls who are meant to be an example of what loving yourself into wholeness looks like.

The girls who donā€™t have an example of what theyā€™re creating because theyā€™re the first to do it.

The ones bold enough to believe they can have it all and brave enough to let go of ā€œgoodā€ for ā€œgreat.ā€
The women who know theyā€™re worthy, even when no one else has modeled what that looks like for them.

If thatā€™s you, donā€™t stop now.
Keep clearing space. Keep shedding. Keep becoming.

Because who youā€™re becoming is everything youā€™ve ever needed and sheā€™s no longer afraid of her power.

All you have to do is make room.

Loving yourself looks like becoming the space, gentleness and grace you always needed to just be and to do the best you can.

Itā€™s never too late to create an environment of grace and love for yourself. Donā€™t wait for it to come from someone else. It doesnā€™t need to come from an outside source. You create the environment you need to flourish, heal and feel loved and supported.

Youā€™re already validated.

You donā€™t need permission. Youā€™re free to feel. Free to come to a place of acceptance so you can shed the old parts of you that arenā€™t needed on this new level.

But it takes honesty, it takes accountability (yes, accountability lol), it takes boundaries, it takes acceptance. It takes time but in time youā€™ll realize that space and unconditional love positioned you and prepared you for your promise.

You are good. You are whole.
You are complete as you are, even as you continue to become.

You are already her āœØ
