I totally nailed it! I did a cold plunge in this amazing mountain stream! It was freezing; I could only handle it for less than a minute, but it definitely made me enjoy the rest of my day much more.
Cold Plunge: cold exposure triggers the release of endorphins, often referred to as “feel-good” hormones. Cold plunges are also associated with increased resilience to stress over time.
