Inspired by Stanley Kubrick’s “2001 a Space Odyssey,” The Rebirth room addresses a widely embraced calling to shed your personal and cultural identity to start anew. A perfect replica recreated by the original set designer, Rebirth is a poignant desire in the socio-political environment of 2018. I think we can all benefit from reassessing what we consider to be our personal stories and try telling another.
