Thank you so much for shopping with Sasha Chique! We do our best to deliver your favorite, quality items right out to you- But unfortunately, it may not always work out for you, and that’s okay! Please allow us 7-14 business days of receipt to process your return! You'll recieve an email when your return is complete. All items are not eligible for return, so it's imperative to follow the return instructions below. All UNAUTHORIZED returns will be "RETURNED TO SENDER” or “LOST”- Sasha Chique is not responsible for Lost items!
* You must 1st contact Sasha Chique within 1-2 days of receiving your item via email at [email protected].
* After corresponding with Supprt@SashaChique, you must return qualifying items (exclusions apply) back to Sasha Chique within 3 days of receiving item. You are responsible for sending tracking information, and covering the return shipping cost within the alloted time. Due to the the fast volume of processing orders- Orders can not be changed or cancelled after checkout is complete. However, once you receive your item- You can request a return for store credit at [email protected]
Because items tend to sale out quickly during Live Sales, we can not offer exchanges, but we can offer store credit only. Sasha Chique is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Please contact the correct carrier (USPS, UPS, FED EX, ETC) so they can assist you further. Please send all returns to:

Exchanges and Store Credit
Since items tend to sell out quickly, we do not offer exchanges, but we do offer store credit in the amount of your purchase. Shipping costs is the responsibility of the customer, and will not be credited to your account. Please notify us at [email protected] within 1-2 days of receiving your items. Return requests completed after the 1-2 day window, will not be honored. All unauthorized returns will be returned to sender, and additional costs may be charged
