Decorating their home with artwork that looks like their horse.

Spoiling a rabbit, parrot, or guinea pig because they’re part of the family.

A candle can be so much more than wax in a jar.

The same basic candle could become a cozy reading-night candle for book lovers, a fresh herbal candle for gardeners, a deadline-panic candle for writers, a thoughtful housewarming gift, a teacher appreciation gift, or a completely dramatic holiday-host candle called something like Yuletide Frayed.

Same product. Different audience. Completely different business idea.

That is what I love about handmade business brainstorming. You do not always need a brand-new product no one has ever seen before. Sometimes you just need to decide who the product is for and let the idea evolve from there.

Sublimation can go so much further than mugs and tumblers.

Yes, mugs are useful. Yes, tumblers make great gifts. But once you start thinking beyond the blank itself, there are so many different directions a sublimation business could go.

Car coasters, bookmarks, mouse pads, pet tags, garden flags, ornaments, kitchen towels, air fresheners, tote bags, puzzles, coasters, and photo plaques can all become completely different products depending on who they are made for.

A car coaster for a teacher is not the same idea as a car coaster for a dog mom, a road-tripper, a book lover, or a coffee person whose car is basically a rolling storage unit.

Same product. Different audience. Different business idea.

Would you make something like this? There are multiple ways to do so, such as creating your own signature scent blends, order from a seller on Faire and print your own labels, or drop ship from a print on demand company.
