I’ve been remembering vivid dreams lately. And, A LOT of them feature bottle baby kittens (I know, SHOCKER). I’ve been working with ChatGPT to interpret and analyze my dreams. It’s actually very powerful and insightful. (Five stars, highly recommend ⭐️) And, it’s very bluntly telling me what I can do to improve my life and mental health. I’m betting that some of these will resonate with you.
Disclaimer: I LOVE helping my family and friends. I will willingly step up in a crisis. Old me would jump in and take charge and enmesh myself in solving someone else’s problems. And that’s not healthy for anyone. My dreams are showing me this through kittens 🐱

WWYD? I have this very large window that faces west. I live in Central Valley, CA where it gets HOT 🥵. It’s a shame to cover this view but the afternoon sun can be unbearable. I need ideas! How would you deal with it?
