Maybe it’s my affinity with Appalachian folklore or my ancestors farming roots but I’ll never miss a full moon. If nothing else I see it as a time to check in with myself and see what’s working and what’s not.

Understanding the phases of the moon helps many of us understand ourselves better and the cyclical nature of this life.

I am grateful for so much right now it makes me emotional when I begin to count all the ways. This time of year is so special to me. The flowers, sunshine, long nights, sunsets, time with friends, all of it. Sometimes summer is so expansive that it can come with a bit of overwhelm. In those times we can ground ourselves with what is working and what we are grateful for 🍓

May things always get better! May we enjoy the process!

I hate to be the bearer of bad news but y’all gotta let me be your big sister on this one.

You don’t need to change everything but swapping out a few synthetic pieces for natural fibers makes a big difference.
