Big news from Ace in the Lowell - Please Read 🤍

With mixed emotions, and after tremendous thought & discussion, we’re excited to share that -- Ace in the Lowell’s print operations are officially transitioning to 616 Engraving.

This wasn’t a decision we took lightly; however, it is time for the Hendrick family to go in another direction and spend some much-needed quality time with the family.

616 Engraving (and our current print guru Ellie) will continue to operate out of our current location at 219 E Main street in Lowell. They will be bringing print, embroidery, and laser engraving all under one roof at that location.

Our goal has always been to make sure the work, quality, and care we’ve put into this business continue in good hands — and we truly believe 616 Engraving is the right fit to carry things to the next level both from a customer service and production standpoint.

Starting this weekend, we will begin integrating our systems.

To our beloved customers, friends, and community: thank you for the trust and support you’ve shown us over the past 3.5 years. It’s meant more than we can ever put into words.

We’re excited for what’s ahead and can’t wait for you to see what 616 Engraving has in store for the community. Please continue to support them the same way you’ve supported us — it truly makes a difference.

It's been a crazy couple of weeks getting things moved and back up and going. Good news is that we are up and printing and fulfilling orders from our new location at 219 E Main Street, in downtown Lowell (between North Country Trail Association and the Lowell Beer Store).

Hours are still going to be a bit off from the norm, and while we are in and printing every day, store hours for pickup will be Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 10:00am until 5:30PM. Saturday by appointment (we are more than willing to work with you to make sure you get your items).

Thanks for your patience while we do the final push of vacating our old space and continue to make this new space our home. Hope you come and check it out soon!

The good news is… we got the equipment moved to our new location at 219 E Main Street!

The not so good news is that we need another day or two to get everything back online and operational. We will be closed today and possibly tomorrow, depending on how today goes with getting everything back up and going.

We are looking forward to welcoming you to our new space this week! Stay tuned.

Due to vacations the shop will be closed during the day this week We will be open from 4:30-5:30 for pickups and will still be printing gang sheets all week. Have a great week and enjoy what’s left of summer!

EXCITING NEWS!

Ace in the Lowell is on the move. Literally. We are so excited to have secured a new store front in the Downtown Lowell Historical District! Our new address will be 219 E Main Street. This is between The Lowell Beer Store and North Country Trail Association.

Over the next couple of weeks, we will be taking some time to pack, move, and reestablish ourselves in our new home. We will remain open and printing at our current location as long as we can, until it is time to transition the equipment. At that point you can expect that we will be closed for a short period of time while we install the equipment in the new location.

All that said, and with other changes on the horizon that are happening, our store hours will be adjusting in the near future. Our goal is to keep disruptions to a minimum and to keep your orders going out in a timely manner.

We look forward to continuing to pour into our community, students, and sports programs. We are excited at what this next chapter will bring. More information to come as we continue to put the pieces together during this transitional time.
