Graceful Pieces Boutique was established in January 2017 as a way to encourage women and make a positive impact on society through charitable donations. Growing up, I watched my mother struggle with her self image. She was shy and lacked confidence because of how she saw herself, but she never knew how beautiful she was to me. Her size, hair color, fashion sense, or makeup never mattered. It was her heart and the magnificent light that shined through her that made her so attractive. After she passed away, I regretted not telling her that she was the most beautiful person I have even known; I regretted all the opportunities I let pass to tell her she was pretty... maybe I held the words that would have made a difference. God gave me the gift of encouragement, but I somehow failed to share that gift with the most important woman in my life. Recognizing that I missed those chances made me fully aware that God’s plan for me is to encourage others... specifically women, so they can fulfill the plans He has for them! Owning a ladies boutique allows me the opportunity to share my gift with others and remind ladies how beautiful they are! Through trendy & comfortable fashion, I am able to encourage them to let their beauty shine! Every time I help restore or boost a client’s confidence, I imagine, some how I am making up (in a small way) for the times I failed to help my sweet mother and I believe I am giving them a little nudge toward God’s calling! But I don’t stop with our clients... because we are called to be charitable.

A portion of all our proceeds are donated to various charities. Recently, I have chosen to serve on the board and donate a portion of the profits from Graceful Pieces Boutique from select pieces to our local charity, The Trindi Initiative. Our mission is to raise community awareness of Domestic S*x Trafficking and help restore and empower the lives of the survivors.
