The first item I take out of my Christmas boxes each year is the stocking my mother made for me. I learned how to sew by taking out pins, snipping threads, and folding patterns for her. She made my stocking face left by accident, and I have grown to love it. Now my husband and youngest child are both left handed. The irony is not lost on me, maybe moms just know things. In 2016, I started making
them for family and friends in part to have a matching set for my kids. So that some day they will that one thing they have to put it first for it be Christmas time. Now, they pull out pins, snip threads, and ask how it all works. This year I turning my hobby into a business. I will be putting fabrics swatches up along with the quantity of stockings available in each fabric. They are first come, first serve. To reserve one just comment on the swatch with the quantity you want. The stockings will be $20 dollars each. Monogramming will be an additional $5.
