Shelly's Boutique We started praying and asking God to lead us and guide us, and it was simply amazing and quite obvious what we were to do. Things just kept falling into place.

Our First Goal at Shelly's Boutique is we wanted to open a small business in the Plainview Community that was a place where people could come shop and not drive 30 minutes to get an outfit or that special gift they wanted or needed. When we say simply amazing, it truly was a blessing to see. Secondly, our goal each and every day is to be a blessing to each and every one who enters the doors of the

Boutique and to always give God the Honor and the Glory for it all. For we know without Him, none of this would even be possible. Next, be as affordable as we can be. And Happy Customers are our Goal. When your Happy, We are Happy. You Keep Coming Back, Our Prices Keep Staying Low....
And Finally, We want to offer things Unique as well. So at Shelly's Boutique we hope to be just that and more....
