We are so excited to see everyone at our upcoming Sept 5th & 6th Pop-Up, which just happens to fall on our first Birthday. So, in addition to the 30,000 pieces of brand-name clothing to choose from (all $3 or less) we decided that we couldn't have a birthday party without presents. So we picked our favorite local small businesses and will be giving away six gift cards to our customers.

Drawings for the gift cards will begin at 3:00pm on Saturday, Sept 5th.

5:30pm - Givens Books Little Dickens

No purchase is necessary, though you must be present to win. Starting at 2:30, we will be handing out raffle tickets as you enter the building. At the specified times, we will be calling out the raffle number winner. If a number is unclaimed, we will pull a new number until a winner is found.

We’re coming up on our 1-year birthday, and it’s pretty incredible to look back at where we started.

Just one year ago, ThreadCycle was operating out of this garage, selling clothing online and supplying resellers who were willing to take a chance on a brand-new business. Within three months, we had already outgrown the space and moved into a long-vacant 2,000 sq. ft. storefront. That move gave us room to try something new: our first Community Pop-Up, opening our inventory directly to local families and shoppers looking for affordable, name-brand clothing.

Six months later, we expanded again, taking over another 4,000 sq. ft. and growing to 6,000 square feet. Today, that space allows us to serve two communities we care deeply about: the resellers and small business owners who have been part of ThreadCycle from the beginning, and the hundreds of local shoppers who show up for our monthly pop-ups and have turned them into something bigger than we ever expected.

From the beginning, our mission has been simple: make quality, brand-name clothing affordable again. Somewhere along the way, thrift stores got expensive. We believe secondhand clothing should still represent real value, whether you’re a reseller trying to build a business or a family trying to stretch a clothing budget.

That balance has become the heart of ThreadCycle:

We are incredibly grateful for every reseller, every pop-up shopper, every online customer, and everyone who has told a friend about us or supported us along the way.

What started in a garage has become something pretty special, and we’re only getting started.

Here’s to year two, and many more years of keeping great clothing in circulation, creating opportunities for resellers, and helping our community access clothing at prices that actually feel affordable. ❤️
