Spring fashion always has some familiar styles on repeat and this year is no exception. Florals, polka dots, pale or bright colors as well as details like lace and eyelet. Whether you love those options or not, the good news is that there are other choices as well and some of the tried-and-true styles even have a new twist.

As usual, I have taken a look at what’s on trend for the spring and I’ve divided them into 3 categories – Bewitched, Bothered & Bewildered and share my thoughts on each trend.

The start of a new year often begins with lofty goals. Take your pick: healthy eating, exercise programs, organized garage, or a dream closet. Or perhaps you’ve given up on these new year goals because you always feel like you fall short.

I’m excited to share a recent feature in VoyageLA https://voyagela.com/interview/community-highlights-meet-ginger-burr-of-total-image-consultants about my work as an image consultant and the 35+ year journey that has led me to help women feel confident, authentic, and at ease in their own style.

Every day I feel blessed to have the joy of guiding women—especially those in midlife and beyond—to discover the colors, shapes, and expressions that help them shine from the inside out. I know from my personal experience with my own style and from working with thousands of women on theirs that this journey not only reduces daily stress, but it boost one’s self-confidence.

Do you wear skirts or do you mostly find them annoying like I do? Sometimes I feel like they just accentuate my tummy and yes, while I absolutely can create an outfit with a skirt, somehow it’s so much easier to pull together a pants outfit or wear a dress.

Then Cabi came out with this dark green knit midi skirt and I had to have it. It’s been so much fun! The skirt is super comfortable, it has enough weight so it’s not too clingy (it’s a-line (yay!)), and pairs beautifully with boots.

From style secrets to vegan chic — it’s fashion talk with heart and humor!

I had the wonderful pleasure of being interviewed by Jenny Cheifetz of https://theflirtyvegan.com/. She has an active podcast (I’m episode 99!) that was called The Sideline Sisters and is now the Flirty Vegan!

The horrors of the fur industry are well-documented and not a secret. The cruel fate of the animals bred (or trapped) for fur has been widely reported for many years and while we have made progress in eliminating the fur trade altogether, it’s still with us.

Have you noticed that the quickest way to change the look and feel of an outfit is by adding jewelry? That’s why it’s one of my favorite ways to bring more beauty, style and inner beauty to any look.

Of course, that’s also one of the reasons I LOVE visiting my friend, Karen Halaby (https://www.facebook.com/karenmhalaby). It’s that time again! Time to look at the new season’s trends. Whether it’s what’s happening with styles, prints, fabrics or color, it’s all here in my special Fall Trend Update.

As usual, I spent many hours creating a specially curated catalogue of over 160 styles and accessories I feel are worth exploring and I have a huge section of ‘Ginger’s Favorites’ which may or may not fall into the seasonal trends but might just be lovely all on their own.
