One year ago today, we officially became the owners of 129 N. Randolph Street in Macomb, IL. 🔑

It’s hard to believe how much has happened in just one year. There were plenty of late nights, big decisions, lots of hard work, and moments where we wondered if this was actually a good idea—but seeing what this building has become has made every bit of it worth it.

Looking back at these before and after photos is pretty special. It’s amazing what a common vision, a lot of determination, and an incredibly supportive community can accomplish.

To everyone who has shopped at 309 Marketplace, hosted or attended an event at 309 Social, stayed at the Loft, shared our posts, encouraged us, or simply cheered us on—thank you. Your support means so much.

We’re grateful to be part of this community and are excited to see what the next year (and many more after that) has in store.

Our vendor application is officially open for our Fall Festival Market happening on Saturday, October 3rd!

We’re looking for vendors that complement our current 309 Marketplace lineup and help create a fun, unique shopping experience for our guests. We’d especially love to see:

Boutiques, Vintage finds, specialty foods, unique gifts, handmade goods… and more
