Hey Batter batter swing! ⚾️

First cake of the week for Cake4Kids

3 layer 8” Chocolate Cake with American buttercream. The kicker here? Cake had to be dye free. The grass on the cake is made with Spirulina powder. Field is crunched up graham crackers. The scoreboard on the front is edible, however not dye free.

3 for 1 cakes for a cutie 7 year old (soon to be on the 28th)

3 cakes included on this 16x16 square board
Round cake is 2 layer chocolate chip cake
6 cake is my Signature Vanilla cake
7 is my Chocolate Chocolate cake

All cakes were made with my new American buttercream method, takes down the sweetness of your typical American buttercream. It’s perfection!!

Another super busy week/weekend in the books again.

So much fun with these!

Smiley cake was for a birthday, it was 6” 4 layers, 2 layers Chocolate and 2 layers Vanilla.

Mini tin Pastel Cakes because I miss counted ended up being 11 Vanilla & 11 Chocolate (whoops, good thing it was for my besties daughter)

Then the Pool theme cake was Chocolate cake with chocolate frosting, buttercream edible image. Then we did 12 mini tin vanilla cakes for those non chocolate lovers ❤️

So honored to be able to create this cake for Colonel Daniel J. Bidettis retirement Ceremony/Party today out at the Arsenal. This made a 16 mile ride (actually 25ish because of a gate closure and it was your girls first time ever out on the Arsenal, thank goodness for my personal guide Kelly) and the ride very smooth with my new CakeSafe ➡️ literally the best invention (2nd to my Dyson V15 with debris light detection 😆)

Two tier cake:
Bottom tier was 10” 4 layer signature Vanilla with a hybrid American and Mock Swiss Meringue Buttercream.
Top tier was my Chocolate- Chocolate cake, this one was 8” 3 layer.

Flag draped was all Fondant (minus the blue and white stars which was from my brand new Edible printer )
Retired U.S. Army logo was also edible printed on icing sheets
Top layer Ordnance Bomb was fondant.

How cute is this cake? Golf theme. Chocolate cake with American Buttercream frosting, graham cracker sand trap.

Another cake in the books! Care Bear is many a comeback!!

My signature Vanilla cake with American buttercream frosting. All decor is edible. Figure, Rainbows & flowers are fondant, the carebears are edible images.
