We are a family business, and our children are an important part of what we do. They are at the studio with us several days each week, and we love that they have the opportunity to meet and interact with every customer who walks through our doors. Along the way, they're learning invaluable life skills—customer service, respectful communication with adults, responsibility, a strong work ethic, and what it takes to build and run a business.
Recently, we've received negative feedback from a few people about interacting with our children while doing business with us. We want to be clear: we will never apologize for the privilege of raising our children alongside our business. We believe there is tremendous value in teaching them through real-life experiences, and we are proud of the kind, respectful young people they are becoming.
If supporting a family business that includes our children isn't your cup of tea, we completely understand—we may simply not be the right fit for you. We sincerely appreciate the customers who embrace our family, encourage our kids, and make our studio the welcoming community it is.
