Surfing Cowboys is looking for a full-time Retail Sales
Representative to join our Malibu team. If you’re drawn to vintage, design, California culture, and meaningful customer connection, this is a chance to work inside a distinctive retail environment where product knowledge, presentation, and personality all matter.

This is not cookie-cutter retail. Surfing Cowboys is an independent California retail brand and cultural curator, established in 1995, known for its distinctive mix of vintage, original apparel, accessories, home goods, and design.
