A Little Change for The Mammoth Spring AR Location ONLY❤️ where it all began. 25 years ago I poured my heart, soul, time, and countless hours into building this business. It has been a huge part of my life, and walking away from it is simply not something I want to do.
But sometimes, loving something also means being willing to make difficult changes to protect it.
As many of you know, we are a small community, and like many small-town businesses, we are facing some very real challenges. Foot traffic during the week has become extremely limited, most days we are lucky to see maybe one person, while the cost of keeping a storefront open five days a week continues to rise. Staffing has also become increasingly difficult, making it harder and harder to maintain regular hours.
At this point, continuing to operate five days a week simply isn’t financially sustainable.
So, for the time being, we are going to make a change.
Beginning this week September 1, 2026 we will be open only on Saturdays, when we consistently see the most customer traffic, we will then reevaluate as we get closer to the holiday season.
This does NOT mean we are closing. ❤️
We will continue to keep inventory in this location, and we are also going to start exploring more ways to shop with us outside of traditional store hours. We will be doing more live selling as soon as new website launches from our West Plains Mo location, and if you see something you love, we can make arrangements for you to pick it up here in Mammoth Springs AR on Saturday—or bring something to this location for you to see and try on with no obligation.
Our goal is to keep this location alive while making sure we are not continuing to lose money simply by keeping the doors open when there isn’t enough traffic to support it.
We want to be here for the long haul.
And if you’re someone who has supported us over the years, please know that your support means more than you Probably Realize. Every purchase, every share, every recommendation, every comment on social media, and mostly every time you walk through our doors—it matters and is extremely appreciated!
We aren’t giving up on this location. We’re simply trying to find a way to make it work in today’s world and in a community where small businesses face some very unique challenges.
So please continue to shop with us, watch for our live sales coming soon, follow along with what we’re bringing in, and most importantly, come see us on Saturdays.
After 25 years, I’m not ready to let this chapter end. I’m just ready to write it a little differently. ❤️
