I make all the items in my shop myself using a variety of skills and methods such as crochet, sewing, and laser cutting/engraving.

I’ll be honest, I had a hard time figuring out the non-typical leaf shapes.😅
Most of the patterns I saw were AI, so I did a lot of trial and error instead. I’ll be making a bunch of these leaves in different colors for a new workshop at MCM: Make Your Own Fall Garland.

Learn the basics of quilling with this paper seascape! Students will learn important skills they can take and use at home, along with a paper quilling starter kit that includes special quilling paper, glue, a paper template, a quilling wand, and more.
Learn a new craft, brush up on old skills, or come just for fun! This class will take place in the Manchester Craft Market classroom next Tuesday (November 3) from 4:30-6:30pm.

Crafting with the kiddos tonight
Used some of the scraps from my quilling class yesterday and the kids had a blast! My five and six year olds were making shapes all on their own! It’s so fun to see their imaginations take shape.

Bird, butterfly, flowers, pumpkin, ice cream… they had so much to make.

Oh my gosh, this gave me so much trouble! The flower balanced by itself, but it was super wobbly. I added and took away quite a few pieces trying to get it to balance better, and finally it doesn’t tip over with the slightest motion! I got annoyed and/or my creative streak ran dry a couple times and I had to put this project aside several times, but I think it’s finally ready.
