We’re looking for a friendly, reliable person who loves fashion, community, and good vibes to help us serve our customers and keep the boutique running smoothly.
Position: Part-Time Sales Associate
Pay: $12/hour (bi-weekly pay)
Schedule:
Weekdays: 2:30–6:00 pm
Saturdays: 11:00 am–6:00 pm
Duties and responsibilities
You’ll be the face of Red Road Rae’sd Boutique on the sales floor, helping guests feel welcome and taken care of from the moment they walk in.
Key duties include:
Sales and customer service:
Greet customers warmly, answer questions, and help them find outfits and gifts they’ll love.
Share product knowledge, current promos, and upsell/coordinate pieces to build complete looks.
Inventory and merchandising:
Assist with inventory counts, tagging, steaming, and restocking new arrivals.
Help keep displays tidy and visually appealing, and reset the sales floor as needed.
Store operations:
Run the register/POS: process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately.
Light cleaning: keeping fitting rooms, counter, and sales floor clean and welcoming throughout the shift.
Support opening/closing routines, following checklists and store policies.
If you want, we can also mention optional duties like helping with social media content (try-ons, mirror selfies, or live videos) to match your usual brand vibe.
What we’re looking for
Loves fashion (western/boho/urban Native) and customer service.
Comfortable talking with people, learning the product mix, and working in a small, fast-paced boutique setting.
Dependable with the set hours above, able to work Saturdays.
