I just published a Creative Voltage essay on the responsibility of artistic inheritance, tracing how a practical rehearsal decision led us to Pompeii, and eventually to reinterpreting Pink Floyd’s “Set the Controls for the Heart of the Sun.”

The piece explores ritual, authorship, and what it means to carry something forward without flattening it into nostalgia.
