I have been consistent with my meal plan and Herbalife products since being discharged from the hospital after having Willow.
I used to be that person who wished and wished and looked at other women and said "body goals". Looking, comparing, and wishing wont do a damn thing for you!
Focus on starting, making a plan, staying consistent, and having PATIENCE. It took you a while to get to where you are now, so results wont happen over night.
