Strong over skinny. Boundaries over burnout. And absolutely no apologies for taking up space.
Meet Callie Exas, a local registered dietitian, fitness expert, and one of those women who makes you rethink what it really means to take care of yourself.
After leaving a career in advertising, Callie found her calling in women’s health, helping women navigate perimenopause, reconnect with their bodies, and embrace getting older as a new chapter rather than something to resist.
What we love most about Callie is her perspective. That feeling good isn’t just about what we eat or how much we exercise. It’s about our energy, our boundaries, the space we allow ourselves to take up, and learning to put our own needs back on the list.
She’s also a fan of tarot cards, true crime documentaries, a good ladies’ night, and coffee. Lots of coffee. Clearly, our kind of woman.
We’re excited to introduce you to Callie as part of our ongoing series celebrating the interesting, inspiring women doing their thing right here in our community.
Swipe through to get to know her, and be sure to give her a follow over at for more of her refreshing perspective on women’s health, nutrition, and feeling good in your own skin.
And we’ll leave you with a little Callie wisdom:
“Have a snack, be a snack.” ❤️
From burnout in advertising to building a practice on women’s health and hormone wisdom; Callie helps women stop dissociating from their power. Strong over skinny. Boundaries over burnout. No apologies. “Have a snack, be a snack”
“Transitioning from advertising to health after experiencing burnout, I earned two master’s degrees while gaining clinical, community and fitness experience. I founded my private practice to support women’s health, focusing on hormone balance, inflammation, and autonomy in a system often built to disconnect us. Today, navigating perimenopause myself, I help women understand and honor their innate body wisdom.”
“My practice ages with me. Perimenopause can feel disorienting, but it can also be deeply empowering. Our shifting hormones impact every single facet of how we show up in our lives. It’s a second coming of age.
