My journey is not easy but I keep pushing to find some joy. Today after a medical appointment, I headed to the pool.. those who know me well remember how much I love to swim. Well , today for first time since my diagnosis I got in the water.. felt nice on the joints.

This is the first time I’ve joined the pool in this community. They have made a lot of changes- more shade by the pool area which is really important … given my health issues I need to mostly stay shaded. I’m proud of myself and wow is the cost reasonable!
