Harvested Thai basil from the garden this morning. What seems like a ton of basil very quickly was whittled down to 2 dozen basil ice cubes saved for winter soups, 1 cup of flavored olive oil, 3/4 cups saved for pasta or pizza tonight and 1 happy neighbor ❤️
