It is with considerably unimaginable relief that as President/CEO of Ocean Soul Incorporated, i am able to announce that the dissolution notice posted previously is hereby rescinded in full.

Ocean Soul Incorporated will continue its review of available operational information, and continue formulating an active plan to be able to resolve the MASSIVE confusion.

The prior dissolution announcement should be disregarded in its entirety.

It is with a very heavy heart that I, co-shareholder and Chairman of the Board, announce that Ocean Soul Incorporated will be dissolving. Processes have been initiated to resolve all outstanding debts created on a shareholder level, and all else will be addressed in order of receipt.

All business operations will cease effective immediately.

Since Ocean Soul is an Incorporated business, it’s pretty important that it follow the rules of being Incorporated. Through the course of a Surfing Board of Director’s review, inaccuracies have been discovered. Pretty big ones. In an effort to bring much needed clarity to a one sided narrative, www.myoceansoul.com has been updated with the first Soul Call to Soul Surfers Seeking Historical & Accurate Truth beyond a Documentary involving “Ocean Soul.”
