๐๐ฒ๐น๐น๐ผ 2025 - I'm so happy you are here! ๐ฆ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ผ๐๐๐น๐!!
To be honest, 2024 was the toughest year of my life. But you know what? I made it through/we made it through, and now Iโm stepping into 2025 with hope, purpose, and a fresh start.
I couldn't sleep thinking about this New Year and what I want to do with it!
This year, Iโm making some big changes for myself and my family, focusing on our ๐ณ๐ฎ๐บ๐ถ๐น๐, our ๐ต๐ฒ๐ฎ๐น๐๐ต, and our ๐ณ๐ฎ๐ถ๐๐ต. Life may have thrown me off track, but Iโm determined to reclaim what Iโve lost. Hereโs what Iโm working on:

For years, Iโve battled memory issues and relentless brain fog. Itโs been scary enough to wonder if dementia might be in my futureโand Iโm not exaggerating. This year, Iโm prioritizing my brain health and doing everything I can to clear the fog and sharpen my focus.
๐โโ๏ธ ๐๐ฒ๐ฎ๐น๐๐ต๐ ๐ช๐ฒ๐ถ๐ด๐ต๐
Over the past five years, Iโve gained 40 pounds. Itโs time to shed that weightโnot just to look better but to feel better. Iโm ready to take control of my health again.

Weโre aiming to eat clean 80% ๐ผ๐ณ ๐๐ต๐ฒ ๐๐ถ๐บ๐ฒ this year. That means:
๐๐ฑ๐ฑ๐ถ๐ป๐ด: sourdough, kefir, kombucha, sprouts, and raw milk.
๐๐น๐ถ๐บ๐ถ๐ป๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ป๐ด: seed oils, processed foods, artificial dyes, sugars, and non-sourdough breads.

To kick off the new year, Iโm doing a **three-day fast**. This is something Iโve done before (usually for five days), and this year, Iโm aiming to do a three-day fast monthlyโor at least every other month.
