Staying motivated can be tough.. the only thing that keeps me on track is maintaining an up-to-date hand written agenda. It helps me document how much extra time I have in the day and precisely when I will be working out. Can’t forget that having a cute outfit to wear to the gym also helps 🤘 I’ll post a followup video with my routines as a business owner and career woman, all while priorizing my fitness.
