Why do we have to push so hard to finish E-V-E-R-Y-T-H-I-N-G? 😬 ⬇️

True Story: Burnout isn't a trend. We've got to break this cycle. One sure way to tackle breaking the cycle is to identify the signs as early as possible.

For me, when burnout pays me a visit:

♟️ Exhausted
♟️ Anxious
♟️Second guess decisions

Burnout creeps up on us and we may even convince ourselves that it'll just pass. It doesn't.

Here's 3 simple solutions that you can use to combat burnout:

#1. Talk about it. There's nothing wrong with letting supervisors know how you feel especially with a heavy workload.

#2. Take time off. You will be surprised at what a full 24hrs feel like away from work to relax.

#3. Practice stress reduction techniques like deep breathing exercises, yoga, and meditation.
