Shoutout Annie, the newest member of our team, an intern at LoyalTees, for her creative brilliance and for being featured by Upper Peninsula Michigan Works!! 💻🎨

📲 🔁: Upper Peninsula Michigan Works!

What a perfect success story for this 2026 Plaidurday! One of our youth participants, Annie, is currently in a Work Based Learning with LoyalTees Clothing in Marquette as a Graphic Designer. She has been creating apparel designs for local businesses, including some mockups of various flannels. Way to go, Annie! 🤩 Here are some of the designs they decided not to go with—which plaid is your favorite?

Work Based Learnings allow students to get real-world work experience with local employers and can be very beneficial for early career exploration. Contact us today to learn more about setting one up as either a participant or an employer!
