FYIE Boutiques is hiring a Part-Time Seasonal Boutique Sales & Styling Assistant for October through December at our Mars, Pennsylvania, location.

We create a personal, confidence-focused shopping experience where women feel welcomed, supported, and encouraged to express their individual style. We’re looking for someone who will complement that vision and represent FYIE with warmth, professionalism, and authenticity.
This role will help manage the boutique’s day-to-day customer service, merchandising, inventory, and operational needs, allowing the founder to devote additional time to business growth, community partnerships, coaching, and the continued development of the FYIE brand.
POSITION DETAILS
• $18 per hour
• Approximately 10 hours per week
• Approximately 15 hours per week in December
• Potential for hours beyond December based on business needs and performance, but continued employment is not guaranteed
Responsibilities include welcoming and assisting customers, providing styling and sales support, operating the POS, preparing and merchandising inventory, packaging and gift wrapping purchases, helping with displays and holiday decorating, supporting events, and assisting with social-media photos, videos, and posts.
The ideal candidate is friendly, dependable, trustworthy, organized, fashion-forward, comfortable working independently after training, and genuinely enjoys working with people. Previous retail experience is helpful but not required.
Applicants must be available Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays as scheduled, including October 3, Small Business Saturday, and Mars Light Up Night. Candidates must also be able to move comfortably throughout the boutique and lift boxes weighing up to approximately 15 pounds.
SALES GOAL BONUS
A $200 FYIE retail shopping credit will be awarded for each month the boutique’s established sales goal is met. This is a performance-based bonus and is not guaranteed.
