We recently received Lola’s and Jack’s DNA results from . Surprisingly, both dogs have a significant amount of chihuahua DNA! 😳 Especially Lola! Maltipoo, yes, but chihuahua!?! That was a surprise! We thought Jack was a cojack (corgi/jrt), but he’s 67% yorkie with a bit of chihuahua and Pekingese thrown in! No Corgi or jrt in sight! Love them both to bits! 💖

Yesterday I built and hung a driveway gate to keep my animals safe when I let them out to hang and graze in the yard. Let me tell you, hanging a gate by yourself is no easy task! So the gate is a bit crooked, but that’s ok. 👍 It does what it needs to do and I did it myself! Win - Win! perfectlyimperfect

Does watching cooking shows and such inspire you to elevate your everyday? I’m binging The Bear on Hulu while I rest my injured back. Suddenly, I felt inspired to elevate my cheese and crackers to the next level! You know what? It tasted better! Black pepper water crackers topped with cheddar and homemade rhubarb jam made by my brother-in-law . A few drops of sriracha and freshly cracked pepper for heat and garnished with fresh basil flowers. Yum! Happy Wednesday everyone! ☀️
