BREAKING: Survivors of the missile attack that killed 6 Americans say Hegseth is LYING – it wasn’t a lucky shot, they were completely unprepared to defend themselves thanks to Trump’s incompetence!

CBS News is reporting that the survivors of an attack on a US base in Kuwait that killed 6 Americans and wounded 20 more are disputing Secretary of War Crimes Pete Hegseth’s version of the events, who said the missile was a “squirter” that managed to sneak through their defenses.

The reality, they said, is that they were completely unprepared to defend themselves.

"Painting a picture that 'one squeaked through' is a falsehood," one of the injured soldiers told CBS News. "I want people to know the unit … was unprepared to provide any defense for itself. It was not a fortified position."

In a post on Twitter, Secretary of Defense Sean Parnell claimed that "every possible measure has been taken to safeguard our troops — at every level" and that "[t]he secure facility was fortified with 6-foot walls."

The survivors, however, said that "We moved closer to Iran, to a deeply unsafe area that was a known target. I don't think there was a good reason ever articulated."

CBS reports that the soldier “said they were protected by little more than a thin layer of vertical standing blast barricades that did not provide cover from above. ‘From a bunker standpoint, that's about as weak as one gets.’Asked to describe the degree of fortification, he responded: ‘I mean, I would put it in the none category. From a drone defense capability … none.’”

It is well-documented at this point that Trump and Hegseth plunged headfirst into this war with very little preparation, drastically underestimating Iran’s ability to respond to their unprovoked and illegal attacks and putting thousands of Americans in harm's way because of it.

Now six Americans are dead because of Trump and Hegseth’s arrogance and incompetence – and they’re lying to us about it.

Pete Hegseth needs to be removed from office IMMEDIATELY.

BREAKING: Trump promised to save American steel — now guess what he’s using to build his vanity White House ballroom.

Donald Trump has spent years telling American steelworkers that he has their back. He imposed 25% tariffs on foreign steel in 2018. He doubled them to 50% last year. He has made reviving American steel manufacturing a centerpiece of his entire economic identity.

And now he plans to build his $400 million White House ballroom with $37 million worth of steel from Luxembourg.

The New York Times has revealed that ArcelorMittal — a European steel giant headquartered in Luxembourg, owned by Indian billionaire Lakshmi Mittal — is donating tens of millions of dollars of foreign-produced steel for Trump's vanity ballroom at the White House. The same White House that blocked a court injunction just weeks ago to keep construction going. The same ballroom whose costs have already doubled by Trump's own admission.

The domestic steel industry is furious. The Steel Manufacturers' Association — representing American steelworkers — was blunt: "Our members stand ready to supply the high-quality, American-made steel needed to bring the president's infrastructure and manufacturing priorities to life." Translation: you didn't have to go to Luxembourg. We're right here. You said you had our backs.

But here's where the story goes from hypocritical to potentially criminal.

Just two days after Trump publicly praised the "great steel company" that offered him this extraordinarily generous gift, the White House quietly issued a tariff proclamation containing a provision that could cut in half the tariffs on automotive steel exported from ArcelorMittal's Canadian plant to the United States. A $37 million gift. A tariff cut worth potentially hundreds of millions of dollars — just two days later. The White House insists there's no connection. Yeah, right!
This is textbook Emoluments Clause territory. The Constitution explicitly prohibits the president from accepting gifts from foreign entities without congressional consent. ArcelorMittal is a foreign company. Lakshmi Mittal is a foreign national. Thirty-seven million dollars in steel is not a trivial gift — it is the kind of gift that creates exactly the kind of indebtedness the Founders were terrified of when they wrote that clause. The kind of indebtedness that, two days later, might quietly manifest as a tariff exemption worth far more than the original gift.

And let's talk about security for a moment. The White House is arguably the most sensitive building in the United States. The structural steel going into a new building on those grounds is not a trivial matter. Who manufactured it? Where? Under what quality controls? Who had access to it during production? These are not paranoid questions — they are the basic questions any security-conscious administration would ask before accepting tens of millions of dollars in foreign-produced steel for the president's personal residence and workplace.

This administration has fired inspectors general, purged security clearance holders, and screamed about foreign threats at every opportunity. But foreign steel in the White House? From a company whose chairman bought Russian-sanctioned oil? No problem. Great steel, actually. Very high quality.

Trump told his wealthy donor friends that steel is "like everything else, including human beings — it can be high quality, and it can be low quality." American steel, apparently, didn't make the cut. Luxembourg steel — from a billionaire who praised Trump at a New Delhi business roundtable — did.

American steelworkers voted for this man, and he just built his ballroom with someone else's metal. Let’s hope they never make a mistake that foolish again.

Please like and share this story if you’re sick and tired of Trump’s grifting.
