Greetings dear friends,
We hope you all are enjoying this spring time weather. If you have started your spring cleaning we are currently looking for specific donation items. These items are used for our clientele that are coming out of crisis situations who need help with starting their lives over. We provide vouchers through our social services department to help them. At the thrift store our staff make up bins filled with these items for those in need to have. Sort of a kit so to speak. Things don’t have to match we are happy and grateful to receive whatever you can donate.
Here is our wish list:
Silverware
Utensils
Dishes
Drinking glasses
Pots and pans
Please drop donations off at the store. Drive through hours are: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays 10am-3pm.
If you have small amounts we have a donation box inside at the front entrance Mondays 12pm-5pm. Tuesday-Saturday 9am-5pm.

We would like to take this time to thank our North Iowa community for their generosity in this great time of need for the Kirk Apartment Residents. We are going switch gears and starting tomorrow Thursday April 27 through Friday April 28 from 10A.M. - 1P.M. we will accept material donations at our Thrift store at 3551 - 4th St SW Mason City, IA 50401. Residents will receive what we have set up in our gymnasium and also at NO cost at our store. We are currently running out of space in our gymnasium and we need the space for those that are staying in our facility. We appreciate your understanding in this minor adjustment. If you have any questions please feel free to contact our office at 641-424-4031.
Once again we thank each and everyone of you who have given of your time, donations, prayers and support. We appreciate you all very, very much. It is our joy and delight to see your faces when you come by and to hear how much you all care for these individuals. We truly live in an amazing community. God bless you.

We are currently setting up a command post in our gymnasium for fire victim donations. Donations can be dropped off between 8A.M. - 4P.M. Monday through Friday.

These are part-time positions at 29 hours per week. Our hours of operation are M-F, 8AM - 4PM. No weekends. The pay is 11.00 per hour and you receive earned time off such as sick, vacation, and personal days.
