Customer Returns Processing Team Member: Scan product into computer, answer quality questions, label appropriately for packing and shipping.

Sorting Team Member: Sort product into various categories. Need tood hand-eye coordination, ability to bend, throw, stand and walk.

Mating Production Team Member: Arrange product on shelves and find matching products.

Performance measures on attendance, attitude, quality and speed of work.
