Let’s be honest…
Maternal health is only talked about
when something goes wrong.
But what about the everyday struggle?
The sleepless nights…
The constant discomfort…
The mental and physical exhaustion no one checks in on?
We celebrate the baby.
We plan the nursery.
We throw the shower.
But the mother?
She’s expected to just… handle it.
Handle the pain.
Handle the changes.
Handle the weight of everything shifting all at once.
And if she’s struggling?
She’s told “that’s just part of pregnancy.”
No.
Struggling to get comfortable every night isn’t something to ignore.
Being exhausted in your own body isn’t something to normalize.
Feeling unsupported shouldn’t be the standard.
Maternal health isn’t just about survival.
It should be about care.🤍
Real care.
Daily care.
Intentional support.
Mothers deserve more than being told to push through.✨
