🌟 Meet the B&D Team: Dorothy! 🌟
This week we're excited to introduce Dorothy!

Although she's been part of the B&D family for just under a year, it already feels like she's always been here. Dorothy quickly became an important member of our embroidery department, where her attention to detail, positive attitude, and strong work ethic help ensure every order that leaves our shop meets the quality our customers expect.

Beyond her talent behind the embroidery machines, Dorothy brings something just as valuable to our team—her personality. She's incredibly kind, always willing to lend a hand, and keeps us laughing with her wonderful sense of humor. She has a way of making even the busiest days more enjoyable, and we're grateful for the positivity she brings to work each day.

Dorothy, thank you for nearly a year of dedication, hard work, and countless smiles. We're lucky to have you as part of the B&D family, and we can't wait to see all you'll accomplish in the years ahead!

Today on "Meet the B&D Team," we're excited to introduce Mona!

Last fall, we were fortunate to have Mona join our team, and she has been making a huge impact ever since. On any given day, Mona can embroider hundreds of hats, helping ensure every order meets the quality our customers expect.

If you've received a stitched hat from us recently, there's a very good chance Mona hooped it, embroidered it, and carefully trimmed it before it made its way to you.

Mona, thank you for your hard work, dedication, and attention to detail. We truly appreciate everything you do and are grateful to have you as part of the B&D family!

We just celebrated one year with Morgan on our B&D Team!

Morgan is our amazing receptionist that handles everything sent her way with grace, grit and a beautiful smile.

When you call us at B&D, it's more than likely you'll have Morgan on the other end of the call. When you stop in, it's more than likely that she will be helping you with your order. It's those things, plus a million other behind the scene things she does on a daily basis for us. We love having you on our team Morgan, and on that rare occasion that you take a day off, we ALL miss you!

Thank you for sticking with us, we will continue to strive to not take you for granted.

Today we celebrate one year of having Becky as part of our B&D Team!! Happy Anniversary with us Becky!!

She helps us in so many ways... purchasing... payables.... balancing... inventory.... eCommerce...customer service....
All the things that are difficult and sometimes mind boggling, and she does it with a smile and an amazing attitude. Honestly, we would be lost without her.

Thank you for all you do for us Becky, we appreciate and love you!

This week on Meet the B&D Team, we introduce you to Emily!!

Emily has been with us 2 years this fall, and we hope she stays with us forever!

She is kind, cares about everyone, works hard and if you wonder why your shirts look so beautiful when you open your box from B&D, there's a pretty good chance it's because Emily packed it! Quality Control is a position that doesn't get enough accolades, but is is so important. Our customer's first impression is when they open their packages from us, and we are proud to have Emily help us in this department!

Tayler brings us 3 years of awesome dedication and hard work! It might be only 3 years technically, but it's really more like 19 years. She brings laughter, joy, experience and an amazing work ethic with her to work each day. Thank you for being with us all these years Taye, we love you.
