My snazzy new Husqvarna embroidery machine churns out ridiculously fancy lace, so I'll be adorning my next costume drama - an 1860s wedding dress in ivory silk satin with tons of lace and tulle,because what’s a wedding dress without lace!

Now that the test embroidery for the regency gown in the upcoming fashion show has been finalized, I plan to place it prominently at the center front hemline, as bold statements often yield greater impact than subtlety, and subsequently utilize smaller clones to adorn the hem and train, which aligns with my aesthetic vision; I would appreciate your thoughts on this creative direction.

Working on the embroidery for the cape… the material is a blood red silk velvet and boy is it temperamental…. Only about 1/4 of it is complete so far…

I finished my Tudor Lord’s costume! Finally.! The only thing left is the cloak, which I’m still waiting for the velvet I ordered to arrive, because what’s a costume without a fancy cape, right? Then I need to embroider the border on it and make it…. Yea for me!!
