As our current manager moves on to her next chapter, we’re looking for the right person to step into a year-round leadership role at one of Deep Creek Lake’s most loved shops.

We’re looking for someone who:
✨ Loves people + creates an incredible in-store experience
✨ Takes pride in making things look beautiful, organized, and on-brand
✨ Is proactive, reliable, and takes ownership
✨ Has an eye for content and can help bring our brand to life on social media

This role includes:
👉 Leading day-to-day shop operations
👉 Managing and supporting the team
👉 Merchandising + keeping the store fresh and inviting
👉 Helping create and manage social media content
