I want to clarify that at Purple Pop Shop, I make every effort to respond to all customers and provide the personalized attention they deserve. However, I am not available 24/7 to communicate back and forth regarding orders.

Our regular business hours are 9:00 AM–2:00 PM, although I may be at the shop later depending on our schedule and current activities. Outside of business hours, I also have family responsibilities, including my children’s sports and other activities.

For this reason, I believe the best way to assist with your order is for you to visit the shop during regular business hours. This will allow us to review the available items together, ensure you can see and feel them in person, and document all order details accurately. Handling your order in person will also help prevent any confusion or misunderstandings that may arise through messaging.
