Amazing piece of golden oak I finished polishing over the weekend. This is only half of a large piece that was cut on a bias by another rock shop. It was left outside and forgotten, when I noticed it, I just knew I could finish it properly.

Gave it a proper polish and set the display angle. This piece is going to be a trophy in someone’s collection. 💯🔥❗️

Intarsia no.18 is finished and ready. I decided to make some more picture intarsia and this one features a Biggs blue jasper desert landscape image. Bordered with red plume agate I placed some lapis in the corners, then bordered the piece with Applegate jade aka Bowenite. I backed the piece with black basenite.

It’s a thicc boy, but this is more of a display piece than a wearable. 💯🔥

Available, DM for information. 😁

And now for something completely different! Presenting intarsia #17 cabochon edition. Featuring a hexagon shaped center of saddle mountain agatized wood. I added charoite and chrome chalcedony, then wrapped it in black basanite. I wanted to make an oval cabochon so I used some big thick pieces of blue jean lapis on the outside. Not pictured is the blue goldstone backing. (Still needs polish)

Couldn’t be happier with how this turned out. Now to have set it in silver to complete it. Might have to keep this one in our private stash to wear at events.

Look for more of these types of intarsias in the near future! 💯🔥❗️

Super happy with how my newest intarsia turned out. Featuring Aletai Meteorite with a fine widmanstatten pattern behind a window of optical quartz. I wrapped it in black basenite and added some gem lapis to give it some pop! Surrounding that is green goldstone and I backed it with native copper in chalcedony. Definitely one of my most challenging pieces to date. You can find it in the gift shop in the .hnd display cabinet.

What do you think I should try next? Leave a comment and let me know.

Here is my newest creation, Aussie Sunset. This is the second piece in my suiseki journey and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. The stone is a nice piece of mookaite from Australia, I paired it with a hand carved Sapele wood daiza. Keeping it clean and as minimal as possible, this lets the stone open your imagination and thoughts of someplace beautiful. I performed a black resin pour on the inside and laser engraved the bottom as well. I’m really loving making these and cannot wait to show what’s next in my journey.

❗️This piece is on display at in the gift shop and is available. ❗️
