As one of the original members of the Urban Eve team, Rialee has been part of our story from the very beginning. Over the years, she’s grown alongside our team, built lasting relationships with her guests, and become such an important piece of the Urban Eve puzzle.
We’re so proud to announce she has officially been promoted to a Level 5 stylist 🎊 This is such an exciting milestone and a true reflection of the growth, reflection, and dedication she continues to bring to everything she does.

✨ FAVORITE SERVICE
Favorite service I would have to say is a customized hair color appointment. I love getting to create a look that’s just for my client, and even more than that, I love getting to curate it for them more and more each time 🤎
✨ FAVORITE PLACE
Favorite place is probably my grandparents’ farm in Wisconsin. It’s 80 acres out in the middle of nowhere and I never know peace like I do when I’m there.
✨ FAVORITE PEOPLE + FURBABY
Favorites are my husband and my pitbull, Luna. I know that’s cliché but I’m my best self with them and for them. They know how to make me laugh when I need it and also [begrudgingly] endure a hug when I need that too 🤣 honorable mentions: my mom and sister, duh.
✨ FAVORITE PASTIME
This should shock no one who knows me but my favorite pastime is watching gymnastics meets on YouTube. Elite? NCAA? Doesn’t matter, I’m there.

Favorite product currently is the Kérastase Chronologiste night serum. She is yummmmyyyy, she smells amazing, she will make your hair feel fanTASTIC. 12/10. Can’t get enough.
