I have been putting off this for a while because it is not my preference, however I find it necessary. I also have discovered that we are now accustomed to business, physicians offices, etc utilizing these practices when not a walk-in business.
I am by appointment only as to not have clients walk-in while I am fitting your clothing. Also note, in having appointments with you assures you I will meet you at the appointed time.
I do understand emergencies happen, I will grant grace for those and beg it in reciprocation.
However, effective today there is a $35 no show fee per person, per no show fitting. That fee will be required at the rescheduled appointment time or upon pickup of your item whichever is first.
Please keep in mind I value your time as much as I do my own and I would much prefer a world where this is not necessary... but the appointment time you requested and did not show for would have been filled by another client. Thus a 24hour cancelation notification is also required. Please make sure to respectfully message my cell phone 3524944177 during normal business hours.
Also, weekends are a valuable commodity, in your life and our family. Thus, there will be times when I possibly can finagle to meet you on a weekend. However, IF that is necessary because of your schedule, a $50 per person convenience fee will be due upon meeting. This fee is in addition to alterations.
In addition to my business running more smoothly and getting items back to you in a timely manner, I have instilled a rush fee for items needed back in a rush.
These policy changes will help our time together run more effective and keep us all on task. Thank you for understanding as I diligently try to be the most convenient for you and accommodate your schedule so that you can look your best for daily wear and special events!!
