STRONG AS F**K! That’s never something I thought I would need to embody, but I did. 3 weeks ago my life changed forever. My grandfather passed away, and it’s literally the hardest thing I’ve ever had to deal with. However, this bracelet is a reminder that he is always close to me. My grandfather was so resilient through his fight. He was strong as f**k! Now I get to wear that as a reminder of his strength and courage. 2026 had literally been kicking my 🤬!!!!! I had all these plans for my journey this year and honestly I’m happy I still move some days. I’ve been discouraged because things beyond my control is taking over my body. I just can’t seem to shake it! It’s Endometriosis Awareness Month…and in this season of my life I’ve been in some of the worst pain I’ve been in since I first got diagnosed in 2014. Life is LIFE’IN!!!!!!!! You just never know what life will bring you and how quickly it will come. Some things in life you are just never prepared to happen. I’m trying to be patient with my body and take care of myself during a time I feel like my world is in shambles! If anyone is going through hard times this season just know joy is coming. If this season is bringing you joy…please enjoy every moment and appreciate every second of it! Continue to pray, give yourself grace, and be happy when you are able to show up. Because here lately showing up has been so hard for me! But I’m pushing through, and you can too! Have a blessed Saturday peeps!

Yall…. I wake up in the morning, thinking about so many things! No but forreal…..I have to get up, pray and meditate, then try to get straight to my workout before True wakes up! However, I’m going l try to wear some cute workout clothes in the future (hence not these shorts 🫣🤣), and make sure I’m not so ASHY!!!! Sheesh 🫣
If you’re looking to improve your core strength, stability, while working those glutes, quads, and hamstrings give this exercise a try!
✅ You can do it with or without weights.
✅You want to pause at the top when lifting your leg and proceed back into a lunge when putting your leg down.
✅If that is challenging, you can lift your leg and hold, place your foot down for balance, then proceed back into your lunge. Do this until you feel comfortable.

I simply wanted a Monday picture by myself. But I have this little person who is attached to me at the hip. 🫶🏽
💜 A lot of days I just want a moment alone….but I’ve been intentional of teaching True about boundaries and respecting it. It’s getting a little better slowly lol!
💜Working out is very mental for me….but when you have a three year old workout partner you substitute your mental for quality time and teaching healthy habits.
💜Being an only child and having a clingy child isn’t talked about enough. You really have to make peace and quiet time a part of your schedule so you won’t get overstimulated.
💜I have found myself trying hard not to push True away when it’s certain things I want to do alone, but finding ways to happily incorporate her in the process.
If True could be in my skin she would. And I know a day will come when I will miss every moment of this part of motherhood because she will be like mama who😩! So, I thank God for allowing me to be a mother that’s created this safe and brave space for her to learn, grow, and try anything with me by her side. I just wanted to share this with some mom or dad who may be overwhelmed with parenthood. Make time for yourself, enjoy the moments you have with your kiddos, and remember you’re doing a great job! Have a great Monday peeps!
