Yall…. I wake up in the morning, thinking about so many things! No but forreal…..I have to get up, pray and meditate, then try to get straight to my workout before True wakes up! However, I’m going l try to wear some cute workout clothes in the future (hence not these shorts 🫣🤣), and make sure I’m not so ASHY!!!! Sheesh 🫣
If you’re looking to improve your core strength, stability, while working those glutes, quads, and hamstrings give this exercise a try!
✅ You can do it with or without weights.
✅You want to pause at the top when lifting your leg and proceed back into a lunge when putting your leg down.
✅If that is challenging, you can lift your leg and hold, place your foot down for balance, then proceed back into your lunge. Do this until you feel comfortable.
